• Second Win has registration twice a year. (Online & Paper)​

• We only accept people who have been homeless or without a job for at least four months​

• elderly people, veterans, and/or people who have been on and off the streets at least five times.​

• We do not accept people from the ages of 13-18 or people who are just looking for a job.​​
